This Cookies Policy describes how evrly uses “cookies” and other similar technologies, in connection with our Site and Services. Any capitalized term used and not otherwise defined below has the meaning assigned to it in the Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files that are stored in a computer's browser directory. They help site providers with things like understanding how people use a site, remembering a User's login details, and storing site preferences. Stripe uses cookies as well as similar technologies (e.g., URL tracking, local storage). For the purpose of this Cookie Policy, such technologies are included in the term ‘cookies’.

2. Do we use cookies?

Yes. We use cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy to:

  • ensure that our Services function properly,
  • detect and prevent fraud and violations of our terms of service,
  • understand how visitors use and engage with our Site,
  • analyze and improve our Services and your Site experience including improved relevancy and navigation and customizing your user experience (such as language preference and region-specific content)

3. Who Sets Cookies When I Use evrly's Site?

There are two main types of cookies that can be set:

First party cookies: these cookies are placed and read by evrly directly when you use our Services, Third party cookies: these cookies are not set by evrly, but by other companies, like Supabase for authentication purposes.

4. How We Use Cookies

We currently only use functional cookies necessary to provide core features of the Service. In particular, we use functional authentication cookies to keep you signed in, protect accounts and content, and remember your preferences (for example, language and region). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before setting any non‑essential cookies.

5. Can I opt-in and opt-out?

Because we currently only use essential functional cookies (primarily for authentication and core security), we do not ask for cookie consent at this time. These cookies are necessary for the Service to operate, for example to keep you signed in and protect your account. As such, they cannot be disabled from within the Service without impacting basic functionality.

If we introduce any non‑essential cookies in the future (such as analytics or advertising), we will:

  • Provide a clear cookie banner and/or preferences center before setting non‑essential cookies;
  • Request your consent where required by applicable law; and
  • Allow you to change or withdraw your consent at any time.

You can also manage cookies through your web browser settings. Depending on your browser, you may be able to block, delete, or set preferences for cookies. The following links provide guidance from common browsers:
